Who we are
This website is published by OPTIMUM TRANSFERT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with its registered office at 1 bd Pins, 13240 Septèmes-les-Vallons, France, registered under SIREN number 104 334 982 (EU VAT number FR23104334982).
OPTIMUM TRANSFERT is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website. For any question: contact@optimumtransfert.fr, or on WhatsApp at +33 7 77 60 36 82.
The data we collect
- Booking a ride: pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, vehicle, number of passengers and bags.
- Your details (“Your details” step): first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, postal address, flight or train number and message for the driver.
- Quote request: type of need, dates, times, pick-up location, number of passengers, preferred vehicle, schedule and your contact details.
- WhatsApp conversations: if you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
- Browsing, with your consent: pages visited, where you came from (website or campaign), interactions with the site (clicks, forms) and technical data (device type, browser, cookie identifiers).
Why we use it
- Processing your booking and quote requests, contacting you and carrying out the ride: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Sending you a summary of your request by email: performance of a contract.
- Keeping our accounts and invoices: legal obligation.
- Measuring visits to the site and improving the visitor experience: your consent.
- Measuring and improving our advertising campaigns on Google and Meta: your consent.
- Protecting the site against abuse (limits on submissions, anti-bot filter): our legitimate interest.
Who receives your data
Your data is intended for the OPTIMUM TRANSFERT team and the driver in charge of your ride. It is never sold.
We use the following service providers:
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and data, on servers located in France (European Union).
- Mapping services: the booking map is displayed by OpenStreetMap (your IP address is sent when the map loads). Address search and route calculation go through our server: only the addresses you enter are sent to the mapping service, without your name or contact details.
- GTranslate (automatic translation): if you choose Spanish, German or Russian, the text of the page you are viewing is sent to the translation service to be translated. None of your personal data is entered in that text; your language choice is stored in your browser.
- YouTube (Google): the video on the home page is shown by the YouTube player in cookie-free mode (youtube-nocookie.com); your IP address is sent to Google when the video loads.
- Google and Meta, only if you accept: audience measurement and advertising tools.
We never share your name, email, phone number or address with Google or Meta. When you accept them, their tools collect browsing data under their own responsibility.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website and your data are hosted in France. Google and Meta may process some browsing data in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed quotes: automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Bookings and quote requests: 3 years after our last contact.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Audience measurement and advertising cookies: 13 months maximum.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask you again.
Cookies
Some cookies are necessary for the site to work and do not require your consent: remembering your language and your cookie preferences.
Other cookies are only set with your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit:
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): pages visited, where you came from and interactions, to improve the site.
- Advertising (Google Ads, Meta pixel): measuring and improving our advertising campaigns.
You can accept, refuse or choose category by category, and change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link, also available at the bottom of every page. Refusing does not stop you from using the site or booking.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@optimumtransfert.fr or by post at 1 bd Pins, 13240 Septèmes-les-Vallons, France. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at www.cnil.fr.
Security
The website is only available over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to the requests we receive is restricted to authorised OPTIMUM TRANSFERT staff.

This policy may change, in particular if we add new services. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
